Advanced Audiology & their staff are truly a professional “hearing “clinic. Not only do they have the right & state-of-the art equipment but also the right people to operate them. From the receptionist, the scheduler. customer service & of course, John Shim, the audiologist, I was fully informed of the procedure, its ins-&-outs, what the results or diagnosis would indicate & the next step to take depending on the severity of the hearing loss. John readily referred me to an ENT physician for immediate consultation & I was able to get a prompt appointment with her through him. The staff are not only positive in the performance of their jobs but very personal as though they treat their patients like family. I will highly recommend this clinic when you think “hearing!”
