I’m from Tennessee and was in Santa Clarita, CA visiting family when a speaker wire for one of my devices failed. I found Advanced Audiology on Yelp and gave them a call. They were willing to help me out even though I probably wouldn’t ever return as a customer again. They verified that they had the repair part before I drove to their location. I arrived five minutes before they closed and they repaired my device in just a couple of minutes. I’m grateful for Advanced Audiology’s willingness and professionalism to help me out. It’s no fun having a device fail on you when you’re traveling and a week out from going home. I highly recommend Advanced Audiology.

Excellent care. I have a particular processing problem, and the caregiver, John, gave me ample time, explanations I could understand, and helpful solutions, in addition to the hearing devices and thorough testing. This was my second visit. The reception staff are kind and helpful, too. Recommended.
